A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to lock in your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date and invoice reminders will be sent via email.

We recommend booking as soon as you’ve chosen your date. Most clients reserve 1-3 months in advance to secure their spot.

Indoor balloon setups can last for several days (sometimes weeks), while outdoor balloons are best enjoyed on the event day due to heat, wind and undetermined weather.

All orders are delivered Drop-n-Go ready with minimum setup time. Full service events can require between 1-4 Hrs of Preparation

Yes, but weather can impact longevity and appearance. If balloons are placed in direct sunlight, or if temperatures rise above 75 degrees, oxidation could occur causing the balloons to expand and pop. Indoor events are reccomended for peak summer months (June-August).

we are happy to incorporate materials you provided into your balloon decor. However, please note that supplying your own materials does not reduce the price of your order, as our price is based on the design, labor, materials, setup, cleanup and travel services provided.

Delivery & Setup is included with the purchase price for events within the city limits (Durham). Events outside of the city limits have a minimum $25 Travel Fee(+.20/MILE)

If cleanup/takedown is delayed beyond the agreed time, an overtime fee will be applied. (See terms and conditions)

Mockups are provided by request after your event date has been locked in. You will receive a mockup and can choose your custom design based on the information filled out in the online forms.
